Finally, the news Bill Cosby was waiting for: before the end of 2020, the actor could be out of prison, getting another chance to fight against his sexual assault conviction, dating from 2018.
On Tuesday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed to review two aspects of the cases the actor’s lawyers challenged on appeal.
So far, Bill Cosby, who is now 82, spent almost two years behind bars, after he was convicted for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, back in 2004. He has eight more years remaining from his initial conviction.
According to some sources, his chances of being freed are actually hight, as his conviction was apparently fraudulent. Specifically, Cosby and his team were forced by a judge to answer questions in his civil lawsuit, this being enough to get him out of prison.
