Bad news for Fat Joe, as he could be in some serious legal trouble, after he was announced that he is accused of stealing smash hit “All The Way Up”, with Remy Ma and French Montana.
Rapper Fly Havana allegedly filed court documents and claims that he was the one to initially co-produce the track back in 2015, with Infrared. He says that the beat took five hours to make, then he sent it to his co-producer, Infrared.
He also revealed that the same Infrared introduced him to Fat Joe and this is how he received the beat. However, Fly Havana says he never heard back from neither of them, so he was really shocked after seeing “All The Way Up” was pretty much everywhere.
Joe eventually gave him a check for $5,000, as compensation, but Fly Havana now wants co-writing credit, as well as profits from the song.
