On Sunday night, Mariah Carey ended her Las Vegas residency, with a performance at The Colosseum, at Caesars Palace. And, according to multiple reports, she had one specific reason to do this.
Apparently, the singer had a rough time selling tickets for the eight concerts in February, thus the decision to end the tour earlier.
The most expensive ticket for Mariah Carey’s concerts was around $100, which is a bit low, considering that, after all, we’re talking about a superstar!
Even more, some tickets for the shows in Vegas were given out free to selected people, so that the venue is guaranteed to be “sold out”. But hey, this shouldn’t be such a big surprise, considering that Mariah is not exactly one of the most popular stars of the moment…
