R. Kelly is again a free man, as he left Chicago’s Cook County Jail for the second time in a month, this Sunday morning.
As expected, he made a quick statement about his main mission right now: getting rid of his legal issues.
“I promise you, we’re going to straighten all this stuff out,” R. Kelly told reported, as he was walking out of jail. “That’s all I can say right now. I promise you.”
The singer faces multiple legal cases, including accusations of sexually abusing teens – 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, to be more specific. However, his latest jailing was caused by him failing to pay his ex-wife $161,000 in child support.
He is expected to be back in court this Wednesday, in the child support case, while the sexual abuse case is scheduled for March 22.
