Shortly after he appeared in an interview where he said that he won’t leave his daughter alone with R. Kelly, Darrell Johnson, the singer’s crisis manager, announced his resignation.
The confirmation came from Steven Greenberg, one of R. Kelly’s lawyers, who claims that it was a personal decision.
“The defense wants to thank Mr. Johnson for this tireless assistance and looks forward to his return,” Greenberf wrote on Twitter. “He shares our confidence that this is an unprecedented assault against R. Kelly by others, for their own personal gain, and in the innocenece of the singer.”
Nevertheless, it appears that the inverview didn’t air totally and Darrell Johnson believes that his former client is “1000 percent innocent” no matter what everybody says.
